Fairer Fields is a new nonprofit bringing together farmers, industry partners, and researchers to develop practical, evidence-based approaches to agriculture that support productivity, animal welfare, and farmer agency. We're currently recruiting for two founding roles:

• Researcher — to lead investigations into insecticides, pollination practices, and alternatives that reduce harm to animals on agricultural land.
• Program Associate — to support partnerships with farmers and agricultural companies in developing and promoting better practices.
